Expanding current operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Auto Glass Technician to join our leadership team. As a Master Auto Glass Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality auto glass installations, repairs, and replacements in accordance with industry standards. Lending your knowledge and experience to junior technicians. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining safety compliance, and mentoring junior technicians when needed.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Perform repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures
- Help ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of installation supplies on vehicle
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
- Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the auto glass industry required, 5+ years preferred
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields, etc.
- Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- AGSC Certification or equivalent certification preferred
Benefits:
- $30.00 to $45.00 per hour (starting pay based on experience)
- Bonus Program, annual and per job bonus pay
- Up to $2500 sign on bonus dependent on experience
